NYPD Cop Kicked Off Bus

A passenger recorded a video of the seemingly drunk off-duty cop being kicked off a bus in Philadelphia.

An off-duty NYPD sergeant found himself on the wrong side of the law while at a bus terminal in Philadelphia on Tuesday.

Sergeant Carlos Fabara was asked to leave a Greyhound bus because the driver thought he was too drunk to ride, according to the NY Post. A passenger recorded a video of the incident and posted it on youtube.

The video shows the bus driver and a security guard ordering Fabara to leave the bus. The seemingly drunk Fabara refuses however. The annoyed passengers then call a Philadelphia Police officer who quickly arrives, handcuffs Fabara and hauls him off the bus.

Fabara had 13 civilians lodge complaints against him in 2006, according to the NY Daily News. The NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau is currently investigating Tuesday's incident. No word yet on any specific charges against him.
