On Sunday, around 8:40 a.m., police were called to a home on the 200 block of East High Street in Felton, Delaware for a report of a toxic substance. When they arrived they were met by a 56-year-old woman. The woman told police she had begun collecting laundry to wash when she found a rag sticking out of a cooler in her son’s bedroom. The woman claimed she became overcome by fumes once she pulled the rag from the cooler and quickly pulled it outside onto a porch.
