Two men kayaking in waters off the New Jersey coast have found the body of a missing Pennsylvania man.
Lower Township police say the pair found 71-year-old Christopher Heise Sr. in the Delaware Bay around 3:45 p.m. Sunday. They brought the body to shore and notified authorities.
Authorities say Heise had been reported missing, adding that his family members had found some of his belongings on the beach. But they haven't disclosed further details about him or his disappearance.
It wasn't known how long Heise's body was in the water before it was found.
A cause of death has not been determined.
