Delaware State Police detectives have identified a man accused of placing a digital camera inside a women's bathroom at a restaurant in Wilmington.

Police identified Luis Eduardo Lopez, 29, as the person who placed the camera in the women's bathroom at Moe's Southwest Grill on Kirkwood Highway back in March. An employee later found the camera and turned it over to state troopers.

Lopez, a former employee at Moe's, was arrested Tuesday morning at his Wilmington home. He is charged with five counts of invasion of privacy. He was arraigned at JP Court 11 and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
