Troopers were called to Celtis Nelson’s home around 1 a.m. Tuesday after Nelson’s relative, worried about not being able to reach him, went to the home and found the bodies.  Nelson, 29, and William Hopkins, 27, were pronounced dead inside the home from gunshot wounds to the upper body.
