The Delaware Attorney General's Office says the husband of a woman who has been missing since January has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge.
A Kent County grand jury returned the indictment against 32-year-old Cortez Hamilton on Monday. The indictment charges him in the presumed death of 34-year-old Keisha Hamilton.
Authorities say Keisha Hamilton has been missing since Jan. 10. Cortez Hamilton was arrested that day in Indiana, where he was found with the couple's two young children.
Cortez Hamilton waived extradition and was returned to Delaware on Jan. 22. He is being held on $402,000 cash bond.
