A woman and her two children are recovering after a hit-and-run crash caught on surveillance video.
Police say a van was traveling northbound in a southbound lane on Park Avenue in Lakewood, New Jersey and collided head on with another vehicle traveling southbound.

Police say the driver of the van was drunk at the time of the accident and was arrested at the scene. They have not yet revealed the driver’s identity.
Police also say a mother and her two children were inside the car that was struck. All three were taken to the hospital. Police have not yet revealed their conditions.
