7 Minute Workout

12 moves in the 7 minute workout:

  1. Jumping jacks
  2. Wall sit
  3. Push-ups
  4. Abdominal crunches
  5. Step up onto chair
  6. Squat
  7. Triceps dip on chair
  8. Plank
  9. High knees running in place
  10. Lunges
  11. Push-up rotation
  12. Side plank

The exercises are to be done for about 30 seconds each, intermingled with 10-second rests for recovery.

This study was led by researchers associated with American College of Sports Medicine and published in the ACSM's Health & Fitness Journal, May-June 2013.
