Three men were wounded in a drive-by shooting that occurred in the parking lot of a northern New Jersey supermarket.
Authorities were seeking a motive for the shooting, which occurred around 9 p.m. Saturday in the area of 12th Avenue and Rosa Parks Boulevard in Paterson. They also say it's not known if any or all of the victims were the intended targets.
The three victims, whose names were not disclosed, remained hospitalized Sunday in stable condition. But further details on their conditions were not disclosed.
Authorities said it was not clear how many people were in the sport utility vehicle that fled from the scene, or how many shooters may have been involved. No arrests have been made.
No other injuries were reported in the shooting.
