3 Shatter 100 Car Windows in Delaware With BB Gun: Police

New Castle County Police have arrested three men after windows in more than 100 cars were shattered after being shot by a BB gun in Newark.

Officers received a call early Wednesday from a witness who heard glass breaking and saw a car driving in the area, possibly shooting at vehicles. Police also got reports from three people who said their cars' windows had been shattered.

Police located the suspect vehicle and arrested the three men inside. Throughout the night and into the morning, officers received reports of shattered windows on vehicles and in homes. Early reports show that 107 vehicles and 7 residential windows were damaged.

Twenty-six-year-old Sean Biddison, 22-year-old Kolby Lepore and a 17-year-old youth were each charged with felony criminal mischief and felony conspiracy.
