3 Women Attack, Rob Man: Cops

Police say it happened Saturday night in Magnolia, Delaware.

Police are searching for three women who allegedly attacked and robbed a Delaware man on Saturday.

It happened around 8:40 p.m. outside Woodside Liquors on the 1300 block of Peachtree Run in Magnolia, Delaware.

Police say the man was leaving the store when he was approached from behind by three women. Investigators say the women were armed with a brick, trashcan and knife and began to attack the victim. As they assaulted him, police say one suspect grabbed his wallet and cell phone.

Police say witnesses pulled the women off the man. The suspects then allegedly fled the scene in a gray-colored Mazda MPV. The man returned to his home where he called 9-11. He was taken to Kent General Hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to investigators.

One suspect is described as a black female, weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-foot-6. The second suspect is described as a black female weighing 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5-foot-4. Police say the third suspect is a black female but have no further description for her.
