A hit-and-run driver struck an 11-year-old child Sunday night.
It happened in the 1100 block of Herbert Street in Frankford.
Investigators say the boy was riding his bike at the time. The child suffered a head injury and was taken to Saint Christopher’s hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
Police are still searching for the driver.
