Wyeth Quarterly Profit Falls

Drug developer Wyeth, of Madison, N.J., reported a slight drop in its third-quarter profit today but still managed to meet Wall Street forecasts as it continues with a restructuring program meant to shore up the company as generic competition cuts into profit.
