SugarHouse, the once controversial casino planned for the Delaware riverfront in Fishtown, enjoyed a quiet ride through a City Council committee hearing this afternoon, with nary a gambling opponent in site. The casino's investors needed approval from Council's Rules Committee for changes being made to the casino plan.
