The credit crunch has slowed Brandywine Realty Trust's plans for expanding its Cira office complex in University City. "At the current time, we don't have plans to start either one of those towers" proposed for Cira 2 in the northeast corner of the Penn campus, chief executive officer Gerard Sweeney told investors yesterday in a conference call.
