A.C. Moore posts quarterly net loss of $13M

A soft economy that has taken its toll on retail in general was cited by A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts Inc., Berlin, in announcing today a fourth quarter net loss of $13 million, or 64 cents a share, against profit of $4.7 million, or 23 cents a share, in the last quarter of 2007.
