Police are on the scene of a shooting in Center City.
Authorities say that a 14-year-old boy was shot in the leg by another teen.
The incident happened shortly after 6 p.m. outside the H&M store at 16th and Chestnut Street, according to authorities.
The boy was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he is in stable condition.
Police arrested a 16-year-old suspect near 15th and Ranstead Street.
Authorities say that the victim was unable to provide them with a possible motive for the shooting.
