We love the retro, pin-up girl style of this black and creme colored Festival Skirt ($46.00). Spotted on Smak Parlour's newly-launched Website, the skirt gets a bit of poof from a layer of "fizzy" tulle, while the exposed back zip gives it a bit of a punky edge.
Meant to nestle in at the natural waist, the skirt would look cute tucked over a simple white tee or tank. We'd rock it with a pair of summer espadrilles or killer heels, and a long, dangly charm necklace.
