The most highly-anticipated Night Market in the Food Trust series takes place this Thursday in Chinatown from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. Not only will it be the largest in the series, a few shiny brand new food trucks will be making their debut at the event, including Chewy's, Local 215, and Pitruco Pizza.
On top of all the good grub, there will be lion dancing, and Asian Arts demonstrations. And for you Foodspotters, check out the mobile phone scavenger hunt they've put together to give you even more incentive to gorge yourselves into a food coma.
The last few Night Markets have been swarmed with hungry people, and we expect this one to make the rest of them look like practice runs. We suggest hitting it early to make sure you get all the grub you need, without standing in a two hour line.
