The Train Wreck 

Recipe provided by Chef Bill Beck                        

 (serves two)

4. ozw Andouille Sausage, Sliced and Diced
4. ozw Salami, Julienne
4. ozw Steak Meat, Pull apart as your cooking
1/3 cup Spanish Onions, Med dice
6. ea sliced American Cheese
3. Tbl Beck’s Creole Mayo
¼.r Tsp Beck’s devil dust
¾ Tbl Veg. Oil
2. Ea 8 inch French Baguettes
Salt to taste

1.)    Prep all ingredients, bowl and put aside
2.)    Heat  large non-stick sauté pan till hot, add oil followed by dice onion,
Stir often for about 5 min till onions are caramelized.
3.)    Add Andouille, Salami, and Steak Meat, stir to blend all three meets together about 1 min.
4.)    Now mix in Beck’s devil Dust and salt to taste.
5.)    Spread meat mix out evenly in the sauté pan top with cheese, turn off the flame, and lid for 30 seconds.
6.)    Spread Beck’s Creole Mayo on the interior of the split  French Baguettes
7.)    Remove lid and slightly stir the mix and make your train Wreck.
