See a Bike-In Movie

Spam and Parrots: Head North to Doylestown this evening for the Monty Python festival at the County Theater. Python-heads can participate in trivia games, win prizes and watch screenings of sketches from the television show and, of course, their opus, The Holy Grail. $9.75; 7 p.m.

Hit the Bike-In: Join the Philadelphia Bicycle Coalition for a bike-in movie on the top level of the Whole Foods parking garage. This time around they'll be screening the 1986 Kevin Bacon biking film Quicksilver and offering up ice cream and free bike checks. 8-10:30 p.m.

El Happy Hour: One of the best happy hours in the city happens at El Rey where you can get $1 tacos, $2 Tecate cans, $3 Coronas, $4 house margaritas, not to mention the spiciest, most wonderful habanero hot sauce. 5-6:30 p.m.

Going out can be a gamble, so why leave it up to chance? Stack the deck every afternoon by peeping Play's Dance Card.
