If you're reading this site, we're pretty sure you've heard of Lucky Peach—the upcoming quarterly iPad and print food journal from David Chang (chef/owner of NYC's Momofuku empire). Well, now it's available for pre-order from McSweeney's. As previously announced, the first edition's theme will be ramen and will feature a mix of travel writing, essays, art, and "rants in full-color." The subscription page gives us a little more concrete information, hinting at stories from the likes of John T. Edge, Harold McGee, Ruth Reichl (instant ramen taste test), and a "booze-fueled rant on mediocrity in American cuisine" from Chang, Tony Bourdain, and Wylie Dufresne.
