Michael S. Harrington, managing partner of Fox Rothschild L.L.P.'s Exton office and chairman of the firm's Corporate Department, has been appointed to the board of the Chester County Keystone Innovation Zone, an initiative of Gov. Rendell's to build knowledge-based economies and cultivate entrepreneurship in Pennsylvania. He is also a founding member of the firm's Technology and Venture Finance Practice Group.
