Johnson & Johnson to pay $438M for Omrix

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - Diversified health care-products company Johnson & Johnson said today that it will pay $438 million for Omrix Biopharmaceuticals Inc., in a move to expand its surgical product unit.
