A Philly mark: Gas below $2 a gallon

The five-county Philadelphia area hit a milestone today: The average for a gallon of regular no-lead fell below the $2 mark to $1.98 today, marking a 3-cent decline from Friday, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.
