Philly's Best Non-Traditional Museums

Everyone knows Philadelphia as the birthplace of the country, where our founding fathers signed the original Declaration of Independence and held their first congress. And, yes, we were also the original nation's capital before D.C. skulked away with the honor back in 1790 (bitter, much?). But, in addition to a wealth of historically relevant locations and museums, there is also a weirder, loopier side to the city: a number of peculiar places to visit when you want to visit something with a little more bite. Perhaps you're in the mood to look at bugs, huge sequin-and-feather costumes, or a store of old manuscripts; maybe you want to be scared out of your wits, or ride a traditional carousel; some sickos might even want to ogle the model of a giant colon. Whatever your fancy, you can find it here.
