Mike Stollenwerk's beloved Little Fish has been sold, but luckily, it's not leaving the family. Chef de Cuisine Chadd Jenkins, who has been manning the pans at the Queen Village BYOB, has taken ownership from Stollenwerk.
There are also buyers looking to take Stollenwerk's Fathom Seafood off of his hands, as the chef looks to focus entirely on the move of his flagship restaurant, Fish, to it's new digs at 13th and Locust. Stollenwerk also has another restaurant in the works, a 4,000 square foot restaurant and prepared food market on the 2600 block of Girard.
Little Fish's concept won't be changing at all, and Chef Jenkins said that only minor remodeling will be done to the space, but that won't occur until the new year. [The Feast]
