An overnight fire damages a small apartment house in the city of Chester.
After being called out around midnight to the 800 block of West 3rd Street, the Chester Fire Department discovered heavy flames and smoke billowing from both floors of the home.
Emergency crews battled the blaze for about one hour before finally putting the fire under control. There were no reported injuries to residents or firefighters.
The Chester Fire Marshall continues to investigate what caused the fire.
