Dial 700: Admittedly, the happy hour offered over at the 700 Club isn't that stupendous. They offer a dollar off everything, which is nice of them, we guess. But, with their comfy lounge sofas and downhome vibe, there's nowhere better to be when it's raining buckets, so we suggest you break out your umbrella and head over this evening. 5-7 p.m.
