Nothing sounds better than a hot cup of coffee and a murder mystery and that's just what Barbara K. Clement will give you on Weds., Feb. 24 at the Gryphon Café in Wayne.
Clement will be there to sign her new book, The Main Liners: Legacy of Deceit, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The book tells the story of the death of a patriarch from an old Main Line family. Upon the patriarch’s death his family and friends start to unravel the truth of behind secrets involving everything from lies and affairs to murder.
"It was great fun creating these fictitious characters and placing them in familiar locations throughout the Main Line,” says Clement.
The Main Liners: Legacy of Deceit can be purchased at the café for $20 and on the day of the signing, Clement will personalize them and discuss with guests her inspirations for the book and answer other questions.
If you get the chance, hop on the R5 and head to Wayne for great coffee and a little excitement for your imagination.
