Kristin Cavallari Helps Chicago Woman Find a Date at a Bears Tailgate

Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler may be struggling at Soldier Field lately, but it looks like his wife is doing just fine - when it comes to matchmaking.

Former reality star Kristin Cavallari teamed up with "The Steve Harvey Show" to help a woman find true love at a Bears tailgate in an episode that aired Wednesday.

Cavallari was the surprise matchmaker for Colleen Hurley, of Chicago, during the "taildating" experiment, despite admitting to having been to a tailgate just once before.

"You know it's not that often that I actually get to come out to a tailgate, but yeah these are my people, this is like my family so we're gonna have fun," she said.

"I may not know sports, but I know Kristin and I know she's married to Jay Cutler and I know he plays football," Hurley said after meeting Cavallari.

"Tailgating is great because the ratio is perfect. I'd say it's about 90 percent men to about 10 percent women, so the odds are in her favor and listen, this is my element, she's gonna be in good hands with me," Cavallari said.

The two met Bears fans and 'The Hills' fans alike, posing for photos and even trying one fan's pineapple he said had been "marinating all night long."

The quest appeared to be successful, as Hurley met a doctor and received a pair of tickets to a Bears game, according to the Chicago Tribune

The segment was filmed before one of two postseason games at Soldier Field, both of which the Bears lost. The Bears also fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in the home opener on Monday night, in which Jay Cutler was one of several players to leave with injuries.

A thumb injury is expected to sideline the quarterback for two to three weeks
