The Philly Beer Week iTunes app, created by Flying Jalapeno, promises to give beer week fanatics all they need to ensure successful week of carb overload. The free app allows you to browse through the event by day, venue or brewery and even create a personalized schedule.
Not the type to plan in advance? More spontaneous beer fans can search the day’s festivities by neighborhood and type of event. For those with GPS capabilities and a need for instant gratification, the app can provide you with the next three events with the closest venues.
But the app, which also provides the latest PBW-related tweets, won’t leave you high and dry at the end of the day. The makers have provided a list of local taxis to ensure your last call ends with a safe ride home.
