    Roll Your Own Sushi
    How hard could it be?

While we're not among those who find the idea of eating sushi off of a naked body particularly appealing, we do appreciate a well-executed spicy tuna roll. Up until now, we've always left the rolling part to the professionals but why should they be the only ones to get their hands dirty?

As part of the ongoing 2009 Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival,Madame Saito (chef and owner of Society Hill's Le Champignon) will be giving lessons on the art of making sushi at her restaurant tonight. The lesson costs $30 and includes all necessary materials. The ultimate reward is that you get to eat all your mistakes! When was the last time you had a sushi dinner for $30?

On the off chance that you are one of those people who want to cover themselves in maki, taking the lesson may mean the difference between covering yourself with sushi and covering yourself with handfuls of rice and seaweed.
