This week's profile is NBC10 Employee, Kimberly Cummings from Philadelphia. Philly fashion guru Catriona Whitehead tells us why Kim is this week's "That Girl."

What I like about this look?

Kim’s outfit looks comfortable and polished. The black tights enhance this look by causing light to bounce off of the contours of her legs, making them appear shapely and slender. The little black booties provide a little edge to this look, through their leather material and the appealing way they wrap around her ankles. The bell shape of this sweater does the work for her by providing a smooth and soft curve that accentuates the tiniest part of her waist.

Where could this outfit be worn?

This outfit is particularly good for the office. The knee length dress, black tights, and grey sweater covering her shoulders, is very office appropriate. Her red voluminous locks, little black booties, and lovely smile, adds personality to her outfit!  Remember a great outfit doesn’t just carry itself, one’s personality often finishes it..

Where can you buy this particular look?

A LBD can be located at practically any store: Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Daffy’s, JCrew, Macy’s, Nordstroms, Target, Walmart, and more. A sweater of this sort can also be found at the aforementioned retailers. Little black booties should be easy to find at DSW, Nine West, Steve Madden, and any department store.

    Style tip?

My singular styling tip would be to throw on a chunky bracelet or ring in a vibrant and rich color, such as deep purple, blood red, emerald green, or teal. I’m envisioning large stones in these pieces. Check out Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Daffy’s, JCrew, or any department store for pieces like this.
Warning: do not put flats with this outfit or you’re getting too comfortable. Heels help to liven this ensemble, whereas flats will only shorten the wearer and seem dull.
