Voting has begun for the 3rd annual New Jersey’s Top 10 Beaches and with 48 shore communities to choose from, the competition is pretty stiff.
Like Sea Isle for its nightlife or Stone Harbor for its shopping? Vote now. Maybe “Jersey Shore” made you long for Seaside Heights or the rides on the Wildwood boardwalk keep you coming back year after year. Cast your vote.
Whichever beach it is, for whatever reason, it’s time to show some love.
Aside from bragging rights, the winners can mention their “Top 10” status in advertising and promotion and each town will receive special signs to post.
Last year’s winner was Ocean City, who will reign victorious in 2010? You decide.
The contest is run by the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium and The Richard Stockton College Coastal Research Center .
