EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) _ Thousand of tickets are available for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's concerts at Giants Stadium.

The five-night stand opens Wednesday. Performances also are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Oct. 8 and 9, when the group will be the last to perform at Giants Stadium before it's torn down.

All the tickets to four of the five concerts _ close to 225,000 seats _ were gone by the second week in June. However, a glut of tickets remain and many are selling for less than face value.

Concert industry analyst Bob Lefsetz says Springsteen over-saturated the market. Demand for tickets to Springsteen's spring concerts at the Izod Center led to accusations of scalping. Attorney General Anne Milgram announced a settlement with Ticketmaster that forced the company to change its policies.
