An Alliance of Art and Beer on Rittenhouse Square

We're not sure if the purpose of this event is for beer to class up its image by hanging out in a swanky art museum or for the Art Alliance to loosen up its image by allowing a beer tasting to take place within its elegant confines. Either way, we're for it
On Tuesday, June 11, Phoenixville's esteemed Sly Fox brewery will host a tasting of its seasonal beers at the Art Alliance on Rittenhouse Square from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sly Fox's brewmasters will be in the house to answer questions and lead the tasting. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online or by calling 215-545-4302.
It's not all about the beer though. The Art Alliance is extending its gallery hours that night so guests can take in its current exhibitions: Stanley Lechtzin – 5 Decades and rEvolution: 105 Years of Teaching Jewelry and Metalsmithing at the University of the Arts.
