January 20,2009: The inauguration date for President-elect Barack Obama. It will be a truly, historic event and we're sure many of you want to experience it first-hand.
So, if you have an interest in attending, here's what you can do:
- You must contact your senator or congressman to request a ticket. The congressional offices will receive tickets one week before the event. You must pickup your ticket in person.
- If you don't know who your state representative is, there is a helpful web site that can help. But, for Pa., these folks may be able to help:

U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent
- Once you figure out who to contact, get in touch with them! Contact them by phone, fax, e-mail or even write a letter about why you want tickets.
Now remember, these tickets are 100 percent free. There are tons of web site scams claiming you can purchase inauguration tickets. But, DO NOT BUY THEM. Don't get scammed out of your hard earned cash.
