Bill Henley joined NBC10 in 1994. In his current role, Henley is the Meteorologist for NBC10 News Today (Mondays through Fridays from 5-7AM). He also co-hosts The 10! Show, the station’s weekday lifestyle and entertainment program, seen Monday through Friday at 11a.m. The program also airs on NBC10 Nonstop weekdays at 5 p.m.
Henley came to NBC10 from WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked since 1989 and hosted the popular "Neighborhood Weather." Prior to that, he worked at KNTV in San Jose, California (as chief meteorologist from 1987 to 1988) and at KXTV Sacramento, California, as a meteorologist from 1984 to 1987.
A Chicago native, Henley graduated from California State University in Chico, California, with a degree in Public Communications. He minored in Meteorology. He began his broadcast career at KHSL in Chico while still attending college.
Henley and his wife reside in the Philadelphia suburbs.
