Police credited a quick-thinking motorist with helping to stop a wrong-way driver on Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie, Pennsylvania.
State police said the vehicle was traveling west in the eastbound lanes early Sunday.
Police told The Morning Call state troopers tried to stop the driver, but were unsuccessful. That's when another motorist maneuvered his vehicle toward the driver, who slowed down and eventually stopped.
Charges are pending against the driver.
