Pennsylvania's governor-elect is spending the weekend in Colorado with other newly elected state chief executives for a National Governors Association seminar.
Tom Wolf was traveling with his wife Frances to the three-day program Friday.
He is the only Democrat to oust a sitting Republican governor in the Nov. 4 election.
His campaign says it's paying for the trip.
At least 10 new governors were elected this year and the results of Alaska's tight gubernatorial race were still unclear Friday.
The NGA says the three-day bipartisan seminar features veteran governors advising the governors-elect and their transition teams on issues that include budgets, scheduling and emergency preparedness.
Spouses of the incoming governors also can participate in sessions led by the current governors' spouses.
