Key democrats in Pennsylvania are publicly throwing some support behind the idea of a presidential run by Vice President Joe Biden.
“I am very excited about the possibility of Vice President Biden entering the race for President,” said Chairman Jim Burn. “Vice President Biden has connected with America on both a personal and professional level throughout his remarkable career as a public servant," party chair Jim Burn said in a statement Thursday.
Roger Lund, another strong voice in the party, said he supports the Draft Biden movement.
“Carrying on the legacy of the Obama administration and all its accomplishments is of vital importance, and Vice President Biden, with all his direct experience in this administration has, with no doubt, the best chance to achieve those goals," Lund said.
