That's how Vice President Joe Biden takes his Philly cheesesteak -- Cheez Whiz without onions.
Biden made a surprise stop at Pat's King of Steaks in South Philadelphia on Friday afternoon with U.S. Rep. Bob Brady and Mayor Michael Nutter, both fellow Democrats.
The Veep mingled with surprised customers and stood for pictures, posing at one point with a group of star-struck Boy Scouts. He introduced them to Nutter and called Brady “the most important congressman.”
At one point, someone asked the Delawarean how President Barack Obama liked his cheesesteak:
“President Obama doesn't know steaks at all,” Biden responded with a smile, pointing out that Obama is from Chicago.
Biden was a longtime senator in neighboring Delaware before he became vice president.
