Nearly a decade ago, complaints and investigations surrounding a well-known Delaware pediatrician began to surface - long before he was accused of molesting his young patients.

Now, authorities say Dr. Earl Bradley may have sexually abused more than 100 children, some younger than a year old. However, the warnings never materialized into action. The state's medical board only recently suspended Bradley's license, after he was arrested.

Authorities investigated in 2005 and 2008, though neither yielded charges. Colleagues and even Bradley's own sister warned authorities of complaints they had heard from patients.

Now, outraged parents are wondering why nothing was done sooner. And while both the governor and the attorney general have asked for reviews, no one has taken responsibility for what happened.
