Upper Darby Man Lures Boy Into Home to Touch His Feet: Cops

Police say the man told the boy to go inside, take off his shoes and socks and tickled his feet while rubbing himself.

An Upper Darby man was arrested Monday after he allegedly tickled a boy's feet while touching himself.

"We think he’s got some type of foot fetish. He’s a sicko - bottom line," said Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood.

Police say that the 12-year-old boy was walking home from school on Lamport Road when the man, 63-year-old P. "Pat" Simon Jamrozik told the boy to go inside the home he shared with his sister.

Once inside the suspect's house, he locked the door, told the boy to take off his socks and shoes and proceeded to rub and tickle the child's feet while rubbing his own crotch, the Delaware County Daily Times reports.

He also felt different parts of the boy's body during what the victim told police the suspect referred to as an ear, nose and throat exam.

"Jamrozik refused to give the boy back his shoes unless he promised to come back with his friends to examine their bodies and would pay $20 or $30 each time they came," Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told the Delco Times.

After being let go, the victim went home and told his dad what happened.

Police arrested Jamrozik a short time later at the home.

Upon further inspection of the house, authorities found a duffle bag with medical examination tools, rope, a dog collar and lubrication, Chitwood told NBC10's Doug Shimell.

They also found pornography in the clothes dryer.

Jamrozik has been in jail since he was arrested, unable to post 10 percent of his $75,000 bail. He is facing a slew of charged including corruption of minors.
