Police say a teenager has been fatally shot in Wilmington.
Police say the shooting happened just after midnight Saturday. Police responded to a shooting and found one victim with a gun shot to the back and another victim with a shot to the elbow.
The victim who was shot in the back later died. Police said he was 16 or 17.
