"Staged" Homes Sell Faster

Homeowners who get two key things right -- pricing and staging -- are selling their homes much faster than everybody else, according to Old World Realty realtor Gina Romano.

"The impeccable houses are the ones that are selling, so staging is a huge thing today," Romano tells NBC10 Consumer reporter Tracy Davidson.
