1 Dead, 5 Hurt in Separate Shootings During Violent Labor Day

One person was killed while five others were injured in separate shootings during a violent Labor Day in Philadelphia.

The first shooting occurred at 1:39 p.m. on the 1600 block of Pratt Street. A 25-year-old man was struck once in the groin. He was taken to the hospital where he is currently in stable condition.

The second shooting occurred at 6:02 p.m. on 6th and Jefferson streets. A 26-year-old man was struck once in the left buttock while a 20-year-old man was struck twice in the left arm. They were both taken to Temple University Hospital where they are both stable. 
 
The third shooting occurred on 5th and Diamond streets at 8:22 p.m. A 22-year-old man was struck once in the stomach while a 33-year-old was struck twice in the back. Both men were taken to the hospital and are in stable condition. 
 
The fourth shooting occurred shortly before 9 p.m. on the 7100 block of Uber Street. A 41-year-old man was struck twice in the upper torso and once in the groin. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:55 p.m.
 
No arrests have been made in any of the shootings. If you have any information please call Philadelphia police.
