A Trenton high school security guard is recovering after being stabbed while trying to break up a fight.
Tyrone McNeese, 42, was stabbed in the arm while separating two girls during a brawl at Trenton Central High School just after 10 a.m. Tuesday, authorities said.
The 16-year-old female student who allegedly stabbed him has been charged with aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.
A 15-year-old girl who allegedly wielded a pair of scissors during the melee faces similar charges, and another 15-year-old girl has been charged with disorderly conduct.
Their names were not released.
McNeese was treated at St. Francis Medical Center and released.
