One person is dead after shots were fired in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia Thursday morning.
The victim, who was in his 50s, died from a self-inflicted gunshot on the 6100 block of Ridge Avenue around 9:30 a.m., however it is unclear if the weapon went off accidentally, according to police.
An investigation is underway.
